My Philosophy

If you want to sing, you just need to have a desire and commit to the process.

I'm a professional singer with over 16 years of experience and can perform classical and commercial music styles. I'm comfortable singing in various genres, and I also offer mixing and mastering services.

At the age of 6, I performed on stage for the first time. With the blessings of the almighty and my guru, Ustad Mashkoor Ali Khan, I embraced singing professionally and passionately. It's been an incredible journey, teaching and performing not only at the national level but also internationally.

What is the duration of the course?

The duration of the vocal courses depends on individual needs and goals. I work with each student individually to create a customised learning plan that fits their needs and schedule.

Can I improve even if I am not a good singer?

Absolutely! Half of my students are 30-40 years old and have never got any vocal training before and became capable singers in a few months. My teaching style and methodology caters to singers of all levels, helping you improve regardless of your starting point whether you are a beginner or have experience in singing. My personalised approach ensures progress and development tailored to your abilities. Lessons are provided according to each and everyone’s vocal range and vocal therapy is also selected to improve the particular timber.

Hindustani classical music is not just about natural talent but also about dedication and practice. I firmly believe that with the right guidance and effort, anyone can improve their singing abilities and appreciate the beauty of this ancient art form.

Do you teach one-on-one or in group classes?

I offer only individual classes so that I am able to give complete attention and focus on each student who wants to improve their singing. Thus I can tailor lessons to every student's progress and personal circumstances. This also provides a more relaxed learning environment to the students with only their teacher who can provide feedback.
